YCH NOTICE

This contract applies to me selling my work and the client being worked with purchasing said YCH. By ordering the artwork, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:.

The base pose and bg/props seen in listing.Outfit/parts showing in listing.

DETAILS

Varies by YCH, but typically will be flat.

Some I will offer a painted option for a higher price.

IMPORTANT

I will not change YCHes entirely. Only minor changes. It is a "Your Character Here" commission type. I will change outfit colors and decals, hair, snout/muzzle shape, tail shape/size, add/remove claws, and recolor props as needed for each individual work. I do not do major changes like removing outfits/clothes, changing props, changing expressions, etc.

Complex designs will typically have an upcharge/be on the higher end of YCHes.

DELIVERY

Similar to my regular commissions, you will receive the final update via the platform we are discussing on, and I will get your approval. I can send an Image Link from DIscord which provides you the highest resolution/the actual resolution from the canvas. Or I can send it via E-Mail. I will not send it any other way.

I am disabled with several different illnesses. Be patient and understanding that some days I physically cannot work. If you are pushy or make me uncomfortable, the commission will be canceled.

GENERAL

- I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited.

I am allowed to post the work to social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to use the work in my portfolio unless requested otherwise additionally.

- Listed price is base price of the work. Price may increase depending on additional details and complexity of the commission/design.

- I have every right to decline the commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet the request or falls under a subject I will not do.

- Reposting/sharing the work is OK, but please give credit to me via @kvyo_o or @kvyo

- Please provide visual references. Non-visual references will result in additional fees or be declined. Full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill the request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.

- Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or pressuring/innapropriate behavior against me during the process will result in the commission being cancelled.

REVISIONS

- Adjustments are allowed during sketching process, no major changes when sketch is cleaned up or lineart is completed. Color adjustments are allowed during flats, but after rendering I will not do any further changes without a fee or if it is my own fault.

- For skeb/surprise commissions, I allow 2-3 revisions during sketching. No further than that.

DEADLINES/DELIVERY

- You will recieve the artwork in usually a few days or a month, it depends on my personal life.

- Please be patient for your commission. Rush orders with specified deadlines will incur a 100% fee as I do not work well with them. Please give me 3-4 months max to complete the work in the chance something arises. I value quality in my work and put many hours into it, so I ask full patience. Updates are okay to be requested if you haven't recieved one in some time. I usually provide updates during rough sketch, refined lines, flats, and painting or final check-ins before completion.

- I will email or send the finished file in highest resolution possible. (I work with 2k x 2k or 2k x 4k canvases typically as it's what my tablet can support.)

USE

- Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork is allowed to be used for profile pictures/banners/etc, but may not be used for profit. If you wish to sell merch or profit off the work, I will request a specified commercial fee.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

- I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited.

REFUNDS

- I am not in the financial means to do refunds. In the offchance I feel I cannot complete the commission by any means, a partial refund will be provided depending on how much is completed. (I typically will keep 25% minimum of the total cost paid.)

COMMUNICATION

- I communicate via Twitter/X DMs, discord (bignsoftpaws), or on a very off-chance email upon request/absolute necessity.)

- You must send me this emoji when ordering a commission (🐾) or I will not accept. This is a signature for the TOS/contract and tells me you agree to all terms.

PAYMENT

- Payment up front for all orders.

- Product will be delivered digitally, shipping is currently unavailable. It is very rare I do traditional commissions.

- I am not responsible for loss of the commission file once completed and delivered/emailed.

- Client has right to three major revisions in sketching phase.

- Client has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits in the flats phase and painting phase. Depending on situation.

- Paid in USD or EUR, will be updated to EUR within 1-2 months.

- CashApp, PayPal, Ko-Fi, Venmo, are all currently payment options I allow and work with.

By choosing to commission me, you agree to my TOS. Ignoring any of the terms will lead to a blacklisting from my work and spaces. Thank you!
