GENERAL:

I have the right to refuse commissions for ANY reason. Explanations will be provided if applicable.

Commissions can be cancelled due to rude behavior, lack of communication, disregard of boundaries, etc. Refunds are applicable in very rare situations as income goes directly to medical and other important things.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proper reference that is flat-colored showing the full view of the character as needed per for the commission. I also ask for pose references whether it be a stickman-esk doodle or stock images etc.

Artistic freedom will be considered a skeb-like commission for simplicity sake. Changes for the setting/theme and pose are not applicable, only corrections to expression and design to match character appropriately are allowed.

Please provide personality/info about the character for artistic freedom so I can capture the character correctly.

PAYMENTS:

I require full payment upfront, payment plans can be compromised on, but work will not begin until fully paid depending on the circumstance of commission.

I prefer those under 18 have parental permission before sending payment.

I can be paid through PayPal [F&F PREFERRED] or CashApp. Kofi also ok VIA DONATION.

REVISIONS:

WIPs will be sent as necessary or when significant progress is made and/or when asked.

Only 3 changes will be allowed, any further will be met with a fee.

Pose will not be changed once lines have been finalized, if desired, fee will be applied depending on how big of alteration is.

Character cannot be changed once cleaned up lines have begun, unless necessary; in which, a fee will be applied.

Any mistakes on finished work will be corrected ASAP. If it is a difficult fix, a fee will be applied.

DEADLINES:

Commissions are worked on in whatever order I see fit, and I work on what I feel I can do most successfully that day.

If there is a deadline, rush fees will be applied.

Estimates can be provided but can change anytime as I have a life, as well as medical issues actively affecting me everyday.

DO NOT:

Recolor, trace, train AI with, or create any alternate version of the work provided without my explicit permission.

Claim the work as your own..

Sell or make profit from the work in any way.

Remove my watermark.

Edit the work through another artist or by yourself.

OKAY:

Upload to your own account or website with proper credit...

Print it or get it as a keychain etc without profiting.

Use the work as a profile picture, cropping as needed.

REFUNDS:

I cannot offer refunds, as I do not have the financial means to do so.

It is on you to make the decision to commission me, and I will not be held responsible for your decisions.
